Senior Iranian MP warns Ukraine’s “reckless action” will not go unanswered
Speaking ahead of Sunday’s open parliamentary session, Nikzad said Ukraine’s “reckless action” would not go unanswered.
His remarks came a day after Iran’s Foreign Ministry condemned a Ukrainian attack on an Iranian commercial vessel in the Caspian Sea that killed one sailor and injured another.
Nikzad said Iran’s victory was near, describing the confrontation between what he called the forces of Islam and their adversaries, whom he accused of aligning with “Epstein’s associates,” as having entered a decisive phase.
He stressed the importance of maintaining unity among the Iranian people and the broader Muslim community, referring to the Leader’s directives on national cohesion and support for state officials.
Nikzad also said Iran would continue pursuing retribution for the assassination of its former Leader, expressing confidence that those responsible would ultimately face disgrace.
Turning to the United States, he said Washington was facing a difficult situation in the Strait of Hormuz and argued that the security arrangements governing the strategic waterway would not return to their pre-war status.
Addressing the US president, Nikzad urged Washington to withdraw from the region before suffering a defeat more severe than its previous setbacks.
He added that Iran’s Armed Forces were fully prepared to respond decisively to any “adventurism” by the United States or the Israeli regime, warning that US citizens should restrain their president before more American soldiers were sent home in coffins.
Nikzad also criticized several European governments, specifically naming Britain, Bulgaria and Ukraine, and urged them not to allow themselves to be used as instruments by Washington or become involved in disputes that, he said, did not concern them.
