Oman’s Grand Mufti Calls for Muslim Unity Against Attacks on Gaza and Iran
(Tehran Ana)- The Grand Mufti of Oman has urged Muslims worldwide to stand together in response to ongoing aggression against Gaza, Iran, and other regions, emphasizing the need for unity within the Islamic world.
Sheikh Ahmad bin Hamad al-Khalili, Oman’s Grand Mufti, issued a statement on the social media platform X on Saturday in which he strongly condemned recent attacks.
He described the actions as “cruel aggression” by the Zionist regime against the land of Gaza and its people, expressing sympathy for the victims of these incidents.
Al-Khalili further stressed that Muslims everywhere must unite in the face of aggression, whether in Gaza, Iran, or any other part of the world.
He emphasized that the Islamic Ummah is one united community and should demonstrate this unity through solidarity, supporting what is right, and opposing falsehood.
