Iran has no intention of transferring its stockpiles of enriched uranium abroad, Ali Shamkhani, a senior official in the Supreme National Defense Council and political advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, says.

TEHRAN (ANA)- President Masoud Pezeshkian has directed Iran’s Foreign Minister to prepare the ground for potential negotiations with the United States, emphasizing that any discussions must respect national interests and take place in a climate free from threats and unrealistic demands.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei stressed that Tehran’s measured approach to diplomacy is crucial to preventing regional escalation, while asserting that U.S. threats would have wide-ranging consequences.
